SaltxCeremony invites you to an immersive dining experience that honours the city not only as skyline and sunset, but as an archive, inheritance and home.

For the opening dinner of the 2026 season, our food collaborator and culinary researcher Lady Day curates a menu rooted in memory and migration dishes that trace the line between past and present. Each course is an exploration of technique, lineage and storytelling: recipes reinterpreted, lost ingredients reimagined and flavors that feel at once ancestral and contemporary.

The evening’s wine list, composed by TheBohemianGoatFather pairs each plate with selections from some of the finest local wineries. Wines that elevate the meal without overwhelming its intimacy.

Set against the city’s skyline at golden hour, this gathering balances the precision of fine dining with the warmth of a shared table. It is designed not as spectacle, but as communion.

The inaugural dinner is a remembrance. A homage to our grandmothers — the original creators. Their quiet mastery, their handwritten recipes and their resilience stitched into aprons and Sunday tables.
