Situated within the Cradle of Humankind, Nirox Sculpture Park spans 15 pristine hectares and serves as both an artistic sanctuary and cultural hub.

The park hosts an international artist residency program, welcoming local and global creatives across diverse disciplines—including visual arts, music, dance, theatre, and writing—to develop new work inspired by the unique environment.

Residents engage with the region’s palaeontological and cultural heritage, collaborating with scientists, local artists, and communities.

All artists contribute a work to the Foundation’s collection, enriching the park’s landscape with permanent and rotating installations.
