Start at a historic location where students first gathered. Engage with Hiking Soweto guides as you explore the origins of the uprising.

Day 2: 15th June 2025 – 10km

“Rallying for Rights”

Touch base at a key rallying point. Discover vibrant streets, the art, and historic sites with the guidance of Hiking Soweto experts.

Day 3: 16th June 2025 – 16km

“March to Freedom”

As we conclude this series of iconic trail, we will visit other significant sites of the Soweto Uprising. Reflect on the journey and the legacy of those who fought for freedom, guided by Hiking Soweto.
