What is Silent Yoga about?

Each class attendee will be given a pair of headphones that will block out external noise, allowing you to hear your instructor more clearly and manage your own sound volume.

ITEMS TO BRING WITH:
* A yoga mat (We only have a limited amount available)
* A bottle of water to stay hydrated.
