Join us for Release and Flow: Yoga and Connection at Nuru House. This liberating experience blends a guided vinyasa yoga session with an intimate connect session focused on journaling and meaningful dialogue.

Flow through accessible yoga designed for all levels, then engage in deep reflection and thoughtful exchange with a connect session themed “Embracing Change.” Bring your yoga mat, towel, and optionally a journal (Connect Session Cards will be provided). Limited yoga mats are available on-site if needed.

Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and prepare. Leave feeling regulated, inspired, and ready to live intentionally.
